Provider Listing Consent and Fairness
Providers who publish listings consent to public display of their submitted profile information in the directory. Browse ordering is randomized to support fair visibility and no paid placement tiers.
O/N Badge and Unpublished Listings
The O/N badge is a platform trust signal, not a guarantee of clinical quality or outcomes. Badge display requires a published listing and active subscription verification state. If a listing is unpublished, the O/N badge is not shown. Public users only see published listings; signed-in therapists may see unpublished listings for internal professional browsing.
